45 min full-body indoor cycling workout. Here at The Wellness Club, we focus on a rhythm ride, where we ride to the beat of the music. All classes are built around intense interval training. We integrate resistance, choreography, unique playlists, and motivation to create an experience you can never forget.
Sculpt is a full-body conditioning class utilizing light weights, high repetitions, and pilates/barre elements. It is a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and power. This low-intensity, high-energy workout aims towards moving to the beat of the music, and syncing movement with breath. The class will be ended in a blissful, final resulting posture where all of the physical and mental benefits can soak in.
Our Signature Flow links breath to movement with a focus on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. It is a transcendent practice of breath and movement that unites body and mind. It will strengthen your body, clarify your mind, and create a sense of ease and purpose both on and off the mat. Our flow classes are open for all levels.

Meghan is a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer with a passion for helping people find their love for fitness. Meghan found group exercise classes and quickly fell in love! She loves connecting with people and has a soft spot for teaching newcomers how to feel confident. She has been teaching indoor cycling and strength-based classes for two years and can’t wait to meet you in Spin or Sculpt at The Wellness Club!
Starting her fitness career in 2018, after graduating from Sac State with her degree in exercise science, Angela has been instructing fitness classes and sharing her passion with others in and out of the studio. She loves working out, weekend getaways, and margaritas. Some artists you can expect to hear in her classes are Calvin Harris, Yellowclaw, Rihanna, and Illenium.
Tiffany was born and raised in Sacramento and began her fitness journey in 2017 when she took her first spin class and was instantly inspired by the energy in the room. Her goal is to inspire riders in the same way was and ultimately make them look forward to their workout. Expect to hear a lot of remixes, big drops, and heavy bass. Think, Illenium, Dr. Fresch and Rezz.
Christina has been teaching in the fitness industry for over three years, has a master's in nutrition, and is a Registered Diatitian. She currently teaches Pilates, yoga, kettlebells and bootcamp classes. Her passion for fitness stems from years of competitive dancing and finds it still influences her teaching style. She lives a balanced lifestyle and enjoys hang with her dogs, eating good food around town, and travelling.
Her experience with yoga started 10 years ago when she ventured into a hot yoga class. She was a newbie, but walked away from the class with a feeling of calm. In her two years of teaching yoga, she has worked towards creating a safe space to experience the physical and emotional work that arises from this practice. There’s room for challenge, play, and laughter in each class. Come as you are and get ready to have fun doing the work.
Cassie is a lover of many different forms of movement, but in discovering Yoga & Pilates, a deeper kind of love blossomed. Through the discipline of continuously showing up on her mat, she discovered not only a physical transformation, but also an internal world shift. She felt a strong pull to help guide others into having their own transformation. She’s an enthusiast of plants, coffee, music & books!
Kim is 29 years old, born and raised in SF, and now living in Davis, CA. Inspired by her personal growth and transformation through yoga, I hope to foster physical, mental, and spiritual wellness in others. Off the mat, I love to be outdoors, run/cycle, crochet, and dance :)
Madison has been passionate about fitness for what seems like her whole life. After her softball career ended she knew she wanted to keep her body moving and fell in love with fitness, not for the results it gave her physique, but the way it made her feel. She also loves to dance, share laughs and continuously create new memories. Some artist you can look forward to hearing in her class are ZHU, Drake, Wax Motif, Cardi B, Dixie Chicks and more.
