What is your class cancellation and no-show policy?

To cancel your reservation, you must cancel online no later than 8 hours prior to the class start time. Your class credit will be returned to your account. If you do not unreserve before the cancellation window (8 hours prior) or you do not show up for class, you forfeit your class credit.

Unlimited Members: If you late cancel or no show your class, you will receive a $15 non-refundable cancellation penalty fee.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can book your classes online through our website.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Wear comfortable athletic wear. For spin, we recommend fitted pants/shorts and moisture-wicking tops. For sculpt and yoga, flexible clothing is best. 

DO YOU PROVIDE MATS FOR YOGA AND SCULPT?

Yes, we have studio mats available for use

DO I NEED CYCLING SHOES FOR SPIN?

Yes, you do need cycling shoes with SPD cleats or Delta cleats found on most normal cycling shoes. We have rentals available.

Do you offer any introductory deals for new members?

Yes! New members can take advantage of our special introductory offers. 

Can I attend multiple class types with a single membership?

Absolutely! Select memberships grant access to all class types: spin, sculpt, and yoga.

DO YOU OFFER ANY COMMUNITY OR PARTNERSHIP EVENTS?

We proudly collaborate with local businesses and organizations to host special events and promotions.

Not at all! We welcome members of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each session.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have a dedicated parking area for our members.
