"The space feels so safe and inclusive, and every class I’ve taken has left me feeling stronger and more connected to myself."
"The music and the workout were insane. I came out of the class dripping in sweat and feeling accomplished, don't let a mat workout fool you."
This studio is a gem. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, everyone makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
Meghan is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in Power Pilates/Sculpt and Spin. She loves to mix genres and make playlists combining EDM, hip hop, pop & plenty of throwbacks (and loves a good theme). Meghan’s goal as a fitness instructor is to make you feel comfortable and safe enough with her and the TWC community to try hard things (even if you might fail). She can’t wait to see you on the mat or bike!
Starting her fitness career in 2018, after graduating from Sac State with her degree in exercise science, Angela has been instructing fitness classes and sharing her passion with others in and out of the studio. She loves working out, weekend getaways, and margaritas. Some artists you can expect to hear in her classes are Calvin Harris, Yellowclaw, Rihanna, and Illenium.
Sage is a pop-loving, theme-obsessed spin instructor known for her humor and high energy. She believes movement should bring joy and designs her classes to help riders feel strong and confident. Expect fun playlists, creative choreography, and full permission to be unhinged (singing at full volume strongly encouraged). When she’s not at the studio, she enjoys reading (smut, of course), traveling, and laughing as loudly and as often as possible.
Christina is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with six years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in HIIT-style Pilates and strength training. Her classes are fueled by an eclectic mix of EDM, hip hop, and pop, designed to keep the energy high and the vibes fun. Christina’s philosophy is simple: she challenges people the way she likes to be challenged—workouts that have you mentally cussing but still showing up for every rep. If you leave class thinking “that was hard” and feeling accomplished, she’s done her job.

KP recently returned to California after 10 years in Seattle, where she began teaching Yoga Sculpt and Strength classes in 2019. By day, she’s an HR gal, and in class she’s all about finding your edge, shaking your booty, and moving to house, hyper pop, and hot-girl hits you can totally do hair-ography to. Expect a challenging workout that leaves you sweaty and centered—always ending with one final deep breath as a class.
Kristiana began teaching yoga in 2020 after the practice helped her reconnect with herself during a challenging time. She loves encouraging students to try something new, believing that growth often comes from moments of surprise. Her goal is for every client to leave class feeling confident, grounded, and inspired.
A spin instructor since 2021, Joe is passionate about creating meaningful connections and making a positive impact through music and collective movement. His classes offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where getting uncomfortable is part of the journey—and pushing past self-imposed limits is the goal. Expect a ride fueled by everything from hard-hitting trap beats to uplifting melodies and challenging speed work. Are you ready to ride?
Jermaine began his spin journey in 2022 after being invited to a class by his mother—an experience that sparked a deep passion for fitness. After years of growth and conditioning, he stepped onto the podium to motivate and uplift others through intentional, high-energy rides. Outside the studio, he loves traveling, outdoor festivals, concerts, and movie nights. His classes are a true sonic journey, blending artists like Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, and Lady Gaga with groove-heavy Amapiano and Tribal beats. Expect elevated vibes and a ride that feeds your soul from start to finish.
Amani’s approach to yoga is rooted in transformation, guiding students to connect mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement and breath. She believes yoga is more than the asana—it’s about cultivating mental fortitude, presence, and self-awareness. Her teaching style balances slow, mindful flow with moments of strength and power, creating space for breath work and inner reflection. Amani is passionate about making yoga accessible, honoring that the practice can meet everyone exactly where they are.
Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2024 and has practiced on and off since 2016. A statement that resonates deeply with her teaching style is, “you have to get through the chaos in order to get to the calm.” She believes that challenge, discipline, and surrender lead to freedom, and she strongly encourages self-expression and authenticity so that students leave class feeling empowered.
Jess started teaching yoga in 2024, after working as an elementary school teacher for the past 10 years. She is currently a 1st grade teacher by day and a yoga teacher by night! She loves sharing her love of yoga with others and hopes people leave her class feeling more connected to their mind, body, and soul. She loves to add a little bit of country music to her yoga playlists, along with her two favorite artists: Taylor Swift and Kacey Musgraves. Her classes are suitable for all levels and she can’t wait to see you on the mat!
Allyson’s passion for fitness stems from years as a competitive gymnast, cheerleader and collegiate pole vaulter. Group fitness has been her constant through moves to new cities and working from home, providing community and connection. She teaches Yoga Sculpt, Sculpt, and Strength with playlists full of the pop girlies, early 2000s, and a little bit of everything, with the goal for you to reset, feel challenged and leave accomplished. Outside of the studio you can find her walking her dog in Midtown, traveling and trying new restaurants.
J brings 17 years of experience to the studio, teaching classical Mat Pilates trained by Balanced Bodies. Her classes blend foundational mat work movements to electronic,lo-fi and hip-hop. The work centers on lengthening, strengthening, and moving with purpose.
Kendra is a Pilates instructor with roots in Sacramento and Los Angeles, bringing a love for mat Pilates, sculpt, and playlists that span alt vibes to hip-hop bangers. While mat Pilates is her favorite, she’s always down for a strong sculpt class and a serious burn. Expect good energy, great music, and an intentional challenge. Kendra’s goal is for you to leave class feeling strong, confident, and deeply connected to your body—energized, empowered, and proud of what you just accomplished.
